In the event that the product you receive is incorrect or defective due to our oversight, please send us an email at contact@okiara.com or WhatsApp us at 012-927 1295 with the images of the defect / wrong item sent and your receipt number.

We will not accept returns should you purchase our product from an unauthorised third party, or for products not in their original condition.

Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be paid by us only if we sent the wrong item.

Okiara reserves the right to deny returns if the aforementioned conditions are not met.

We do not offer refund services due to hygiene purposes. Only eligible for an exchange, if the goods received is incorrect. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The method of refund will be treated on a case by case basis.

With CUSTOM PIECES no returns are accepted. There are no exchanges for any earrings that are customized pieces.
